静脈内NaCl溶液投与による左心室収縮および弛緩機能へおよぼす影響

The effect of an intravenous bolus injection of saline solution on isovolemic contraction and relaxation of the left ventricle

　細胞外〔Na^＋〕の上昇によってもたらされる心筋収縮機能への影響に関しては，心筋の収縮力を低下させるとの報告，逆に収縮力を増加させるとの報告があり，一定の結論が得られていない。心筋弛緩機能に与える影響に関しては，ほとんど注目されておらず報告がない。

　我々は雑種成犬を用い，in vivoにおいてNaCl溶液投与により左心室収縮および弛緩機能がどのように変化するかを検討した。

The effect of a bolus injection of saline solution on the isovolemic contraction and relaxation of the left ventricle was studied in mongrel dogs. Both contraction and relaxation was depressed. It ap-peared that an increase of the extracellular concent-ration of sodium, rather than an increase in serum osmolality, was the significant factor producing the depression.
