運動によるST上昇の意義—心電図，左室造影，冠動脈造影ならびにergometer負荷時冠動脈造影による検討

The Clinical Significance of Exercise-induced ST-Segment Elevation:Electrocardiographic and Arteriographic Evaluation in 23 Patients

　運動負荷によるST上昇の意義についてはなお不明の点が少なくない。一般にST上昇は貫壁性の強い虚血によるものと考えられるが，心室瘤の発生との関連などもあり，しばしば議論の対象とされている。そこで運動によりST上昇を示す狭心症を心筋梗塞の既往の有無で2群に分け，それぞれの冠動脈造影所見およびその一部ではbicycle ergometer負荷時の冠動脈造影所見を検討し，ST上昇発作の背景を考察した。

The significance of exercise-induced ST-segment elevation remains unsettled. Comparative studies of coronary cineangiography and electrocardio-graphy were performed in 23 patients with exercise-induced ST-segment elevation.

These 23 study patients were subdivided into group I of 14 patients with previous myocardial infarction and group II of 9 patients without myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography was performed using Sones technique. Addition-ally in 8 patients (Group I: 4, Group II: 4), coronary arteriogram was obtained immediately after supine bicycle ergometer exercise.
