RI Angiocardiographyにて見い出した肺動静脈瘻の1例

A case of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula diagnosed by R. I. angiocardiography

　肺動静脈瘻は1894年Churton^1）らの報告以来多数例がみられ，本邦でも百数十例に達している。本症の診断に血管造影法を利用したのは1933年Smith^2）らであるが，現在最終診断を目的として広く施行されている。他方近年臨床核医学の発達に伴ないRIが心肺疾患の診断に繁用されているが最近私達はRI Angiocardiographyとminicomputorによる情報解析が本症の診断に有用であった1例を経験したので報告する。

A 44 year-old woman with pulmonary arterio-venous fistula detected by R. I. angiocardiography, was reported. Her R. I. angiocardiogram clearly showed round shaped pulmonary arteriovenous fistula in the right lower lung field in the right heart-lung stage of first pass method. And it could be interpreted by using minicomputor.

7 R. O. I. s (region of interest), which had equal area, were set in the right lung field. One was on the fistula, and the others were on the other lung field. And then each histograms were generated.
