石綿暴露後30年を経て発症した悪性びまん性中皮腫，肺癌および石綿肺の合併症例

A case of malignant diffuse mesothelioma, bronchiolo-alveolar carcinoma and asbestosis occured 30 years after exposure to asbestos

　石綿暴露後の癌発生について多くの報告がなされ，本邦でも最近，悪性中皮腫や重複癌の症例が散見されるようである。

　今回我々は，石綿作業歴をもち，難治性の胸水，腹水を呈し，胸水発見後約1年3カ月を経て死亡，胸腹水の細胞診，腹腔鏡所見，組織生化学的所見より悪性中皮腫を疑い，剖検にて悪性びまん性中皮腫および肺癌，石綿肺の合併症例と診断した興味ある症例を経験したので報告する。

A 55-year-old female, who had worked with asbestos for 4 years from the age of 16 was admitted in March, 1977 complaining of cough, weight loss and sense of abdominal fullness. She had not had the habit of smoking. Left hydro-thorax and ascites were found and tumor was showed in the lower part of the left lung on the x-ray film. Cytological diagnosis of cheset fluid and ascites, and Laparoscopy suspested malignant mesothelioma.

From July, great numbers of asbestos bodies were detected in the sputum.
