最近,高性能の血液酸素解離曲線自動描記装置が開発され,少量の検体で短時間にしかも簡単に酸素解離曲線(以下ODC)が得られるため,日常臨床上に広く応用されるようになった。ODCは様々な病態において特異な変動を示す外に,性差および年齢によって正常値が変動する傾向が見られるので今回これを明らかにする目的で,男女別,年齢別にODCよりP50値を測定し,それらに関係の深い2,3—diphosphoglycerate (2,3—DPG)値などを同じ試料にて測定し,それらの関係を検討することにした。
Influences of sex and aging on ODC correlated with 2,3-DPG, arterial Hb, PCO2, PO2, and pH were investigated on 43 males and 58 females whose age ranged from 16 to 74 years old.
ODC were obtained by a Hemox-Analyzer (TCS), and P50 values were used as a representa-tive of ODC for statistical analysis. Hemoglobin and 2,3-DPG were measured by using a 3-H Meter (I-L) and UV-method (Boeringer), respectively. Arterial blood analysis was performed by I-L 813. P50 values of 27.5±0.3mmHg in the female was significantry higer than that of 26.2±0.2mmHg in the male. The change of P50 values with aging was rather biphasic in both groups showing the highest value of 28.1mmHg at 40years old in the female and the lowest value of 25.9mmHg at 30 years old in the male.
