心アミロイドーシスの超音波像

Echocardiographic findings in amyloid heart disease

　近年アシロイド症の報告が増加しつつあるが心沈着により心不全を呈する心アシロイドーシス（以下心「ア」と略す）の生前診断は未だ数少ない。これは心「ア」が臨床症状および検査所見においてその特異性に欠けることに起因すると思われる。

　我々は今回直腸生検にて生前診断をした心「ア」の1例を経験したがこの超音波像が先に報告した症例^33）のそれと共通する所見を有するのを見出した。

　この超音波像の特徴はLevisman等^68）の報告と一致するものであり超音波検査法は心「ア」の生前診断に有力な手段であると思われるのでここに報告する。

　両症例の超音波像の特徴を述べると共に心「ア」診断における超音波検査法の有用性ならびに心「ア」の診断について言及する。

Two cases of echocardiogram of cardiac amyloidosis is presented. It characterized with de-creased mobility of interventricular septum and left ventricular wall and also a symmetrical in-crease in the thickness. A case of intense deposition had shown increased density of echo-cardiogram. Following up we can know the degree of amyloid infiltration and damage in the myocardium. Above shown, the echocardio-gram of cardiac amyloidosis indicates playing an important role of its diagnosis and differentiation from other cardiac disease.
