肺高血圧を伴ったmixed connective tissue diseaseの1症例

A case of mixed connective tissue disease with pulmonary hypertension

　1972年Sharpがmixed connective tissue disease （以下MCTDという）概念を発表して以来，その臨床的特徴や，免疫学的特徴に関して多くの報告がなされている。しかし肺高血圧症を示したMCTDに関する詳細な検討は未だなされていない。われわれは全身性エリテマトーデス（以下SLE），強皮症，多発性筋炎に類似する所見を認め，RNase感受性ENA抗体の検出された35歳の女性で，右心カテーテル検査により肺高血圧症の存在を確認した症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) with pulmonary hypertension seen in a 35 years old house wife was reported. The patient had been in good health until January, 1972, when she began to notice polyarthralgia, Raynaud's phenomenon and coldness of her fingers. In September, 1976, she was admitted to our hospital for progressive dyspnea and palpitation.

Physical examination revealed anemia, polyarthritis, Raynaud's phenomenon, accentuated pulmonary second sound and pericarditis.
