Myocardial imaging with Thallium-201 has been establishiied to visualize an ischemic area of the left ventricle. We have analysed radioisotope distribution in myocardium in 15 patients with myocardial infarction and in 14 patients with angina pectoris. Thallium-201 was adminis-tered intravenously in a dose of 2 mCi. Myocardial imaging was obtained 30 minutes and 60 minutes after radioisotope administration.
