冠静脈洞右心房開口部の閉鎖と左上大静脈残遺の合併を冠動脈造影にて診断しえた1例

Atresia of the right atrial coronary sinus with the persistent left superior vena cava diagnosed by coronary angiography

　冠動脈造影検査において冠動脈瘻をはじめ冠血管の異常還流について興味ある知見が報告されている。今回は冠静脈洞の右心房開口部の閉鎖と左上大静脈残遺を合併し，冠静脈洞に流入する血液が左上大静脈残遺を通じ体静脈系に還流する症例を冠動脈造影により確認しえたので報告する。

Atresia of the right atrial ostium of the coronary sinus with the persistent left superior vena cava has rarely been encountered. In this condition, coronary blood carried. from the coronary system to the right atrium in retrograde direction, functional and haemodynamic significance was little. Therefore, about 10 autopsy cases were reported in the world literatures.

A case of seventy-year-old white female with this anomaly was diagnosed by coronary angiography.
