A case of primary isolated chylopericardium

　我々は最近Isolated chylopericardiumの1例を経験した。Isolated chylopericardiumは1954年Groves^1）らの報告以来世界で23例をみるにすぎず，その病因も明らかでない。我々は胸管結紮および切除によって術後13ヵ月の現在まで再発の徴候を全く認めず，完治せしめえたと思われる本症の1例を経験したので，この疾患の臨床所見を過去の症例と合わせて考察した。

A case of isolated chylopericardium of a 14 year old girl is described. This is the 24th reported case of this rare disease in the world. The patient was almost completely asymptomatic and had neither history of the chest trauma nor operation which may be causative to the disease. Lymph- angiography from the lower limbs demonstrated three branches of dilated lymphatics in the cardiac shadow, and numerous lymphatic channels over the entire right lungs.
