酸素解離曲線(以後,ODCと記す)を得るには種々の方法があるが,一般に煩雑な手順が必要とされる。
この中で,Boston Massachusetts General Hospitalの麻酔学教室で開発された二本の酸素電極を用いる方法は一度にODCが描記され比較的簡単な方法である。
A complete oxyhemoglobin dissociation curve (ODC) are drawn with DCA 1 from a single sample of whole blood. We studied reproducibility and practical application of this analyzer. In addition, we measured the oxygen tension at 50% oxygen saturation (P50) in child undergoing open heart surgery. Reproducibility was confirmed by measurements of oxygen solubility in pure water. Then, the wasting times for analysis by the DCA 1 were measured on various hemoglobin concentration (Hb) when stirring rates were changed.
