左上大静脈遺残を伴ったScimitar症候群の1例

A Scimitar Syndrome with Persistant Left Superior Vena Cava

　Scimitar症候群は，右肺静脈の下大静脈への還流異常と，右肺の"hypoplasia"，心の右方転移をtriasとする症候群で，異常右肺静脈によって形成される陰影が，右心陰影に沿って弧を描く様がアラブ人の使う三日月刀に似ているところから1960年Neillら^1）によって名づけられたものである。本症候群の本邦での報告は厳密には2例^2）3）にすぎず，かなり耳新しい症候群である。しかし胸部単純写真の注意深い読影で診断可能な数少い部分的肺静脈還流異常であるので一般的認識が必須の症候群と思われる。今回我々は，左上大静脈遺残を伴ったScimitar症候群の1例を経験したので報告する。

A patient of scimitar syndrome with persistant left superior vena cava was presented. This 51-year-old female patient has been noticed that her statue was short and her heart was positioned in the middle of her chest since early childhood. She has been troubled by asthmatic attack since at the age of 20.

She was admitted to this hospital for further evaluation of her cardiac status and therapy of dyspnea.
