換気運動にともなう肺小血管の変化—拡大アンギオグラフィーによる研究

Effects of Respiration on Small Pulmonary Vessels in Man by Magnifying Pulmonary Wedge Angiography

　拡大造影法を併用した肺動脈wedge angiographyは生体で肺小血管の形態を鮮明に写し出すことができ，肺循環の機能的指標としても有用である^1）2）。本法を用いれば肺の小動静脈の動態をヒトで明らかにすることができる。

　肺の換気運動が肺循環動態に及ぼす影響に関しては，主として動物実験で詳しく検討されてきたが，実験方法，実験条件の違いに原因して意見の一致をみない点があり，また，非開胸動物，あるいはヒトでのこの問題は呼吸及び循環動態の同時的測定にかなりの技術的困難を伴うので一層多くの疑問点を残している^3）4）。本研究では肺小血管に及ぼす呼吸の影響を拡大肺動脈wedge an—giographyを用いて検討した。

The pulmonary wedge angiography is useful for the functional study as well as the morpho-logical study of the small pulmonary vessels, when coupled with magnifying technic as reported pre-viously. In this report, the effects of respiration on the small pulmonary arteries and veins were investigated using the fourfold magnifying pul-monary wedge angiography in 10 human subjects with neither pulmonary hypertension nor extreme-ly high pulmonary blood flow.
