生物肺灌流の実験的研究—とくに副腎皮質ホルモン，pluronic F 68の肺合併症予防効果について

Experimental study on perfusion-ventilation of the isolated canine lung-combined use of adrenal corticosteroids and pluronic-F 68 for prevention of postperfusion lung syndrome

　今日，体外循環法の発達とともに，開心術後にみられる肺合併症は次第に少なくなってきている。それにともない手術適応も拡大され，長時間体外循環が要求されるようになってきた。

　体外循環の合併症には，心・肺・腎・脳に関するものがあるが^1），なかでも肺に関するものが多く，したがって肺合併症予防についての検討は臨床上大きな意義がある。

The various complication could ensure on pro-longed cardiopulmorary bypass. The most fre-quent and serious one is pulmonary changes related to "postprefusion lung syndrome". The etiology of this syndrome is not fully elucidated.

Present study was undertaken to evaluate the effects of combined use of the adrenal cortico-steroids and pluronic F68 in protecting isolated canine lung preparation from postperfusion syn-drome.
