高速度映画撮影による微小循環動態に関する研究—第Ⅲ報，DCA高血圧症ラットの観察

Studies on Microcirculation through Application of High Speed Cinematography:Ⅲ. Observations of the Mesentery in the Rats with DCA Hypertension

　本態性高血圧症や腎性高血圧症における血行力学的特徴は，高血圧発症の初期に心拍出量の増加がみられ，高血圧症の確立された病態では細動脈の収縮による末梢血管の抵抗の増大とされている^1）2）3）。しかしながら，細動脈より末梢の微小循環系についての血行動態に関する知見は極めて乏しく，また，高血圧症の微小循環系を生体観察した報告はない。そこで著者らはラットにDCA高血圧症^4）を作製し，その腸間膜における微小循環を生体観察するとともに，1秒間500コマの高速度映画撮影^5）による分析を行なって興味ある知見をえたので報告する。

Microcirculation of the mesentery in the male rats with hypertension was studied on microscopic observations in vivo with high speed cinemato-graphy at 500 frames per second. The high speed camera used was a Milliken DBM-5D. The exposure time was 1/10,000 second. The hyper-tensive rats were produced by injecting sub-cutaneously 1mg of deoxycorticosterone acetate every day into unilaterally nephrectomized rats given 1% saline solution to drink. The in vivo observations of 14 hypertensive rats were per-formed within a period from 22 to 90 days after in the beginning of DCA injection.
