異型大動脈縮窄症の2例

Two Case Reports of the Atypical Coarctation of the Aorta

緒言

　異型大動脈縮窄症，脈なし病，大動脈炎症候群，大動脈弓症候群などとよばれる疾患はきわめて近縁の疾患で，近年大動脈炎症候群の名のもとに統一されようとしている。またこれら疾患の病因については，多方面より追究されているがいまだ定説をみない。

　われわれも最近異型大動脈縮窄症の範ちゅうに入ると思われる2症例を経験したので報告する。

The atypical coarctation of the aorta, the pulseless disease (obstructive aortitis), the aortitic syndrome, and the aortic arch-syn-drome are recognized as being closely analo-gous to vascular disorders in general. In Japan, however, these four diseases are being classified as the "aortitic syndrome."

Two cases of the atypical coarctation of the aorta were observed at Kushiro's Clinic and were reported and considered in rela-tionship to the "aortitic syndrome".
