1. 196 observations were performed on 150 cases of metabolic disorders without primary heart or vascular diseases by electrocardio-graphy (Wuhrmann-Niggli), hemodynamic analyses (Wezler-Boeger and Holldack’s methods), electrophoresis and serum electro-lyte determinations.
2. The ratio TH/B seemed to relate with severity of dysproteinemia as well as of dyselectrolytemia.
3. QT-QII interval (discrepancy between QT and QII) seemed to depend more do-minantly on dyselectrolytemia than dyspro-teinemia.
