　胸部大動脈瘤はその病因に従い一応次の如く分離される。

　1）先天陸大動脈瘤：好発部位は大動脈洞である。marfan's syndr—omで大動脈中層の変性の為に大動脈洞の拡張が起ることがある。心臓血管造影法を行えば生前に診断可能である。
