高血圧症のBallistocardiogram

Studies on the Ballistocardiograms in Patients with Hypertension.

　近時Ballistocardiographyの普及発展に従い高血圧症のBallistocardiogramの研究も又盛に行われ始めた。此等は高血圧症そのもののBalli—stocardiogramを観察したものや^1）−4），高血圧症に降圧剤を使用してその降圧前後のBallistocar—diogramを比較研究したものなどであるが，現在までに発表されている研究はその殆んど全部がhigh-frequency table type又はelectromag—netic typeのBallistocardiographを使用して行われたものである。又之等の研究により高血圧患者のBallistocardiogramは定性的にも定量的にも一般に可成りの異常を示すことが知られている。然し，研究者により，又使用したBallisto—cardiographのtypeにより，その間に可成りの相違があり，明確な像を見出すことが難しい。

　そこで，吾々はvon Witternのlow-frequen—cy table型Ballistocardiographを用い，高血圧症のBallistocardiogramを観察し，且つその降圧による影響を観察すると共に，其等のバリスト像が高血圧症患者に発現する機序につき考察を及ぼさんと試みた。

Using the von Wittern low-frequency ballistocardiograph, we observed the ballistocardiographic findings in patients with hypertension. we divided seventy-one subjects into control, hypertensive, and posthyper-tension-normotensive groups. Also, within the hypertensive group we studied the ballistocardiographic changes obtained from ten patients who became normotensive after about six months.
