 In cooperation with AI Medical Service Inc., we have developed various AI(artificial intelligence)-based diagnostic systems for endoscopy of various organs, including the esophagus. Particularly for patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, we have developed AI-based systems that support all phases of clinical diagnostic processes, including the detection of the lesion, differentiation between cancerous and benign lesions, and determination of invasion depth of cancerous lesions.

 Retrospective studies have reported favorable results comparable to or surpassing those achieved by board-certified endoscopists.

 We are currently moving toward commercialization of the first AI-based endoscopic diagnostic system for esophageal cancer, and we will continue to incorporate the use of AI-based systems into everyday clinical practice in the future.
