まれな大腸良性腫瘍・腫瘍様病変のX線・内視鏡診断─臨床の立場から

Radiographic and Endoscopic Diagnosis of Rare Benign Tumors or Tumorous Diseases of the Large Intestine

要旨●大腸のまれな良性腫瘍，腫瘍様病変について，診断（鑑別診断含む）に有用な臨床像（症状，大きさ，好発部位など）や画像所見について総説的に解説した．加えて，比較的まれな疾患でも，当該疾患としては，非典型的な形態を呈する病変や好発部位と異なる部位に生じた場合に知っておきたい特徴についてもふれた．なお，これらの疾患の多くは本質的には良性とは言え，まれながら悪性化のポテンシャルを有していることに注意したい．

　Here we describe the clinical features（symptom, size, and common disease site）and radiographic and endoscopic diagnosis of rare benign tumors or tumorous diseases of the large intestine. In addition, we explain the useful diagnostic findings of comparatively rare benign diseases, which have an atypical form or present at an uncommon site. Although most of these tumors are benign, they have the potential to undergo malignant transformation.
