1年間に急速に発育しⅠ型早期胃癌を形成した症例

A Case of Early Cancer of the Stmach Making Rapid Progress in One Year and Taking Shape of a Type I Tumor

　長期間にわたって定期的に胃の検査を行ない，特に著変を認めなかったのが，わずか1年数力月間に著しく膨隆したⅠ型の早期胃癌に発育した症例を経験したので報告する．

　The case here presented is a gastric tumor of type I early cancer growing up in about one year from a state of rough, granular changes of the mucosa without a hint of tumor formation. A Ⅱb type early cancer was also seen in a part anal from the type I tumor, but histologically we were unable to determine whether the type I tumor arose from the type Ⅱb cancer and grew up or whether the latter the latter developed afresh from horizontal spread of the type I concomitant with its tumor formation. Much remains to be done for the study of cancer development.
