20MHz経内視鏡的超音波プローブを用いた早期胃癌の深達度に関する検討

Evaluation of the Degree of Early Gastric Cancer Invasivity Using a 20 MHz Endoscopic Ultrasound Probe

要旨　20MHz経内視鏡的超音波プローブ（Sonoprobe System）を用いて早期胃癌深達度の検討を行った．同プローブは，通常内視鏡検査時に鉗子孔を介して使用可能であり，内視鏡直視下に小胃癌病巣の確実な走査が可能であった．更に，胃粘膜筋板の描出が可能であり，腫瘍部と筋板の双方が描出された場合，早期胃癌深達度正診率の向上が得られた．

　The degree of early gastric cancer invasivity was evaluated by a 20 MHz endoscopic ultrasonic probe (Fujinon, Sonoprobe System). This probe may be introduced through the biopsy channel of an ordinary endoscope. Under direct vision, even small tumors can be scanned easily. Diagnostic accuracy of the depth of invasion was improved by identifying the tumor and separating it from the normal muscularis mucosa of the stomach.
