胃神経鞘腫の1例

Schwannoma of the Stomach, Report of a Case

要旨　患者は49歳，女性．腹部不快感を主訴として来院．胃X線検査および胃内視鏡検査では，胃前庭部大彎側に粘膜下腫瘍を認めた．胃切除術およびリンパ節廓清術を施行した．腫瘍の割面は，充実性で灰白色を呈していた．組織学的には，腫瘍は紡錘型細胞より成っていた．peroxidase-antiperoxidase immunohistochemical法により，S-100蛋白を含有するelementが明らかになった．この染色法は，Schwann cell由来の腫瘍を同定するのに有用と考えられる．

　A 49-year-old woman visited our hospital with a complaint of abdominal discomfort. X-ray and endoscopic examination of the stomach showed a submucosal tumor on the greater curvature of the antrum. Partial gastrectomy with lymph nodes dissection was performed. The cut surface of the tumor showed a gray-white solid mass. Histologically the tumor was composed of spindle cells. Peroxidase-antiperoxidase immunohistochemical method revealed the elements containing S-100 protein. This method is useful for identifying neopalsms derived from Schwann cells.
