Crohn病の臨床症状と形態との相関―手術例を対象にして

Clinical Symptoms and Morphology of Crohn's Disease

　従来，わが国に少ないとされていたCrohn病の報告も近年増加しつつあり，本誌でも数回にわたって特集号が組まれてきた．

　Crohn病の臨床症状として腹痛，下痢，体重減少が頻度が高く，これらは小腸，大腸，および小腸と大腸の両方に病変を有するものに，いずれにも共通してみられる．これらの臨床症状は病変の部位，範囲，stageによって程度の差はあると思われるが，病変の形態との相関に関してはいまだはっきりしていない．そこでわれわれは手術症例を対象に，臨床症状と肉眼所見との相関について検討してみた．

　Authors studied the relationship between clinical symptoms and microscopical appearance of resected specimens in 12 cases of Crohn's disease. Among the clinical symptoms abdominal pain, abnormality of bowel movement, fever, fatigue, weight-loss, laboratoty data were chosen, and as elements of macroscopical appearance longitudinal ulcer, small ulcer, cobblestone appearance, inflammatory polyp, granuloma, transmural inflammation, lymphatic aggregation, fissuring ulcer and depth of ulcer were, selected to know the relationship between them. There was no relationship recognized between clinical symptoms and morphology of Crohn's disease in resected 12 cases.
