Rare Tumorous Lesion of Small Intestine

要旨　inflammatory fibroid polypは粘膜下腫瘍の形態を呈する良性腫瘤であり，小腸では回腸に発生することが多い．腹痛，嘔吐を来すことが多く，出血の頻度は低い．X線・内視鏡検査では亜有茎または有茎の粘膜下腫瘍様隆起を呈し，表面にびらん，潰瘍を形成し，陰茎亀頭様の外観を呈する場合がある．治療は腹腔鏡下腸切除が行われることが多い．腸管子宮内膜症は子宮内膜組織が腸管に存在し，腹部膨満や腹痛，血便などの症状を伴う良性疾患で，小腸ではほとんどが回腸にみられる．X線・内視鏡検査では横走ひだの集中を伴う粘膜下腫瘍様隆起，腸管の狭窄や圧排所見がみられる．治療は合成アンドロゲン製剤やゴナドトロピン放出ホルモンのアナログを使用することが多い．

　Inflammatory fibroid polyp (IFP) is a benign submucosal lesion, the main symptoms of which are abdominal pain and vomiting. The form of IFP seen by X-ray or endoscopy is that of a subpedunculated or pedunculated submucosal tumor with erosion or ulceration. In typical case, it has a penis like appearance. It is treated mainly by laparoscopic enterectomy. Intestinal endometriosis of benign lesions occur mainly in the rectum, sigmoid colon and ileum. The main symptoms of intestinal endometriosis are abdominal pain or hematochzia. The form of intestinal endometriosis seen by X-ray or endoscopy is that of a subpedunculated or pedunculated submucosal tumor with transverse ridging or stenosis.
