要旨　Helicobacter pylori抗体陽性の胃のX線画像の特徴は，粗ぞうな胃粘膜像93.2％，体部大彎側にひだが分布するC型分布とひだが消失またはほとんど消失しているD型分布77.2％で，ひだの形は丈が高く，立ち上がりが急で，伸展性が悪く，表面が不整なもの（異常型）と消失型ひだを合わせると91.3％であった．ひだの太さは4.5mm以上のものが82.4％であった．Helicobacter pylori抗体陰性の胃では，86.7％が平滑な胃粘膜像を示し，ひだの分布は体部大彎から小彎まで分布するAまたはB型が68.6％，ひだの形は正常または中間型が69.8％，ひだの太さは4.5mm未満が72.7％であった．

　Barium X-ray characteristics of Helicobacter pylori antibody-positive stomachs are rough mucosal surface (93.2％), distribution of gastric folds in the greater curvature-side of the body or fold disappearing (type C and D distribution 77.2％), abnormal shape-type of gastric folds (tall, steep edge, poorly expandable and irregular surface)or disappearing-type fold (91.3％), and wide folds (＞4.5mm or wider : 82.4％). Characteristics of non-infected stomachs are smooth mucosal surface (86.7％), distribution of gastric folds in both greater and lesser curvature-sides of the body (type A and B : 68.6％), normal or intermediate shape-type folds (69.8％) and narrow folds (＜4.5mm : 72.7％).
