Exostosis of the external auditory canal(surfer's ear) is a bony prominence in the bony part of the external auditory canal caused by long-term chronic cold-water irritation. Eleven surfer's ear surgical cases were encountered in our hospital over a three-year period from March 2021 to May 2024. All patients were male, ranging in age from 17 to 52 years. The surgical procedure is almost always performed through an endaural incision, with good results in all cases and without complications. This report demonstrates that endaural incision is a useful approach.
