はじめに

　外耳道骨腫の報告は比較的稀ではあるが，外耳道良性腫瘍のなかでは最も多く認められる疾患である^1）。一般的に外耳道骨腫は局所所見，CT所見から比較的容易に診断に至る例が多いとされるが^2），今回われわれは術前病理組織検査とCT，MRIなどの画像検査施行後も診断に難渋し，手術加療ののちに真珠腫を合併する外耳道骨腫の診断に至った1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Cases of external auditory canal osteoma with an external auditory canal cholesteatoma have been rarely reported in the current literature. We report a case of a 78-year-old woman who had an external auditory canal tumor occluding her left ear canal. The tumor was difficult to diagnose via computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and biopsy before surgery. The mass was surgically removed using endaural and postauricular approaches without any complications. The final pathological and surgical diagnosis was external auditory canal osteoma with secondary external auditory canal cholesteatoma.
