Anatomy and Pathological Features of Anorectal Region

要旨●直腸下部および肛門・肛門管領域に生じる病変は，その解剖学的構造からある程度特徴的な疾患を推定することができる．肛門管領域の解剖学的知識をもとに，日常診療においてこの領域の観察の際，念頭に置くべき代表的な疾患について組織学的特徴をまとめた．

　Diseases occurring in the lower rectum and anal canal can, to some extent, be characterized based on their anatomical structure. Drawing on anatomical knowledge of the anorectal region, we summarize the histological features of representative diseases that should be considered during routine clinical observation of this area.
