胃底腺分化を伴う胃腫瘍の最新知見

Introduction

はじめに

　胃底腺分化を伴う胃腫瘍は，以前には軽度の異型を伴う主細胞の過形成として“chief cell proliferation of the gastric mucosa mimicking early gastric cancer”^1）や“chief cell hyperplasia with structural and nuclear atypia”^2）という名称で，胃底腺ポリープの一亜型として報告されていた．そのような病変について，Tsukamotoら^3）は2007年に“gastric adenocarcinoma with chief cell differentiation”として1例報告を行った．その後2010年にUeyamaとYaoら^4）は10例の症例をまとめて，通常型高分化管状腺癌との比較を含めた臨床病理学的検討を行い，新しい疾患概念として“gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type（chief cell predominant type）”という名称を提唱した．
