緊急で一期的再建術を行った尿道損傷

Emergency Primary Reconstruction for Urethral Injury

　症例は72歳男性．転落による会陰打撲により救急搬送され，騎乗型外傷による尿道完全断裂を認めた．血圧低下を伴い，緊急で開放手術による尿道端々吻合術を施行し，尿道カテーテル留置を行った．術後46日目にカテーテルを抜去し，以降尿道狭窄による排尿障害なく経過している．

　騎乗型外傷による尿道完全断裂に対して，即時の一期的再建術が奏効した1例を経験した．

Abstract

The patient was a 72-year-old male. He was brought to the emergency room due to perineal contusion caused by a fall and was found to have a complete urethral rupture due to mounted trauma. With hypotension, he underwent an emergency open surgical urethral anastomosis, and a urethral catheter was placed. The catheter was removed on the 46th postoperative day, and the patient has been urinating without any urinary obstruction.

In a case of isolated urethral rupture due to a riding trauma, immediate one-stage reconstruction was successfully performed (Rinsho Hinyokika 79 : 89-92, 2025).
