がん患者に対する生活と関連づけたルックスケア評価表の開発—Nominal Group Techniqueを用いた内容的妥当性の検討

Development of a self-assessment sheet for appearance care related to occupation for cancer patients: Evaluation of content validity using the Nominal Group Technique

要旨：【目的】がん患者に対する生活と関連づけたルックスケア自己評価表開発における評価表を作成する．【方法】Consensus-based Standards for selection of health Measurement Instrument（COSMIN）に準拠し，質問項目の作成と構成概念の操作的定義を行い，専門家会議にて内容的妥当性を検証した．【結果】治療マネジメント，整容スキル，新しい生活様式への適応の構成概念からなる21項目が作成された．【結論】本研究の手順はCOSMINの基準を満たし，妥当であると考えられた．がん患者に対しての外見支援が少ない現状から，本研究の意義が見出された．

　This study aimed to develop a self-assessment tool for appearance care related to the lifestyle of cancer patients. Following the Consensus-based Standards for Selection of Health Measurement Instrument (COSMIN), we created questionnaire items and provided operational definitions for conceptual constructs. The content validity of the prototype was assessed through expert meetings based on the formulated questionnaire items and conceptual constructs. The resulting tool comprises 21 items, encompassing conceptual constructs related to treatment management, cosmetic skills, and adaptation to new lifestyles. The procedures of this study were considered valid, meeting the standards set by COSMIN. Given the current limited provision of appearance support for cancer patients, the significance of this research has been recognized.
