はじめに

　先天性耳垂裂は比較的頻度の低い先天性耳介変形である。変形は多様であり，分類や治療方法に関しては諸家の報告 1）～7）があるものの，確立されていない。

　今回われわれは混合型先天性耳垂裂 3）の症例を経験した。組織量の不足を考慮し，耳前部からの島状皮弁を用いて耳垂形成を行い，良好な結果が得られたため報告する。

　Congenital triple-lobe-type cleft earlobe is rare. The clinical presentation of this disorder varies across patients, and an optimal treatment for triple-lobe-type cleft earlobe has not been established. Since a congenital cleft earlobe is associated with some amount of tissue loss, the reconstruction of a smooth earlobe occasionally requires tissue transfer.

　We present the case of a 1-year-old male infant with a triple-lobe-type congenital cleft earlobe, and we describe our surgical procedure that uses a preauricular flap. The patientʼs family was satisfied with the surgical outcome (earlobe shape) at 6 months postoperatively.
