bronchiolar adenoma/ciliated muconodular papillary tumor（BA/CMPT）は2002年に石川によって提唱され^1），WHO分類第5版から記載されたまれな組織型の肺腫瘍である^2）。組織学的には良性腫瘍であるが，腺癌と類似の画像所見を呈することがあるため鑑別が難しい。今回我々は，異なるCT所見を呈したBA/CMPTの2例を経験したため，病理所見との対比を中心に報告する。

Bronchiolar adenoma/ciliated muconodular papillary tumor（BA/CMPT）is a rare histological type of pulmonary tumor first described by Ishikawa in 2002. We report two cases of BA/CMPT that presented with different CT findings. The mucin-rich tumor appeared as a ground-glass nodule on CT, whereas the tumor with less mucin and more fibrosis presented as a solid nodule. Although BA/CMPT is often difficult to distinguish from lung cancer, solid-type lesions may be differentiated by there low FDG uptake and slow growth.
