骨芽細胞腫（osteoblastoma）は組織学的に良性とされる骨腫瘍の1つであり，すべての原発性骨腫瘍の約1％を占める。骨芽細胞腫の多くは脊椎後部や長管骨に発生し，今回我々の経験した症例のような頭蓋骨発生は2～4％とされており，いまだ画像所見の報告は少ない。そこで画像に若干の考察を加え，報告する。

We experienced a case of osteoblastoma occurring in the skull. The occurrence of osteoblastoma in the skull is rare, and there are still few reports on imaging findings, so we report the clinical course and imaging findings with some literature discussion. Osteoblastoma often presents diverse imaging findings, making it challenging for imaging diagnosis. There are also cases that are difficult to differentiate histologically, but on the other hand, these conditions can sometimes be easily excluded based on imaging findings. For us radiologists, careful observation and providing information to pathologists are essential.
