三心房心は左房または右房が異常隔壁によって真腔と副腔に二分される心奇形で，先天性心疾患のうち0.1～0.4％を占めるとされる比較的まれな疾患である^1）。我々は術前診断にCTが有用であった三心房心の1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 7-year-old boy with ECG abnormalities was diagnosed as cor triatriatum by echocardiography, and referred to our hospital. Cardiac computed tomography showed a left atrial anomalous dividing septum with one opening. All of the pulmonary veins were connected to the accessory chamber. No additional congenital cardiac anomalies were found on CT. He was diagnosed before surgery with cor triatriatum classified as type IA in Lucas-Schmidt classification. The excision of the anomalous septum was performed, and surgical findings confirmed these CT findings.
