radiomics，radiogenomicsは後ろ向き研究が可能であり，利用される手法はオープンソースソフトウェアを利用できるため，様々な分野で試みられている。消化器がんは脳腫瘍や肺癌などに比べるとゲノム情報が臨床に応用されていないため，こういった研究はまだ少ない。本稿では筆者の研究領域を中心に消化器がんに対する現状について記す。

There are relatively many reports on hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma regarding radiomics and radiogenomics for gastrointestinal cancer, and relatively few for esophageal and pancreatic cancer, but interesting results have been reported. In this review, we summarized the current status of radiomics and radiogenomics related to gastrointestinal cancers, including the results of the authorʼs study.
