本稿では，日本医学放射線腫瘍学会第34回学術総会「日本緩和医療学会-JASTRO合同シンポジウム」における標題の講演内容に基づき，放射線画像診断医が検討症例の抽出を担っている施設の取り組みを紹介し，骨転移キャンサーボード・カンファレンスを通じて骨転移患者の診療において放射線診断部門は何ができうるのかを考える。

To improve bone metastases treatment, quality and quantity of exchanged information and collaboration are important, and they make rapid decision possible. For the current 7 years, we bi-weekly held Bone Metastases Conference in addition to our regular clinical practice, and it helped us enable rapid decision on the start of treatment. Bone metastases is a disease that may be with improved quality of life by collaboration of multiple specialties. Diagnostic radiology department, particularly, may contribute to the rapid treatment of the various problems related to bone metastases.
