日本における乳癌罹患者は現在も増加傾向にあり，累積がん罹患リスク（2018年データに基づく）は10.9％，9人に1人が罹患するとされ，また，女性におけるがんの罹患数の1位である。一方，死亡率は，女性においてはいわゆる五大癌の中で最低の5位であり，これは，罹患したとしても，診断・治療の進歩により，高い生存率を得られているという現状を反映している。

Although the incidence of breast cancer continues to rise in Japan, the mortality rate is the lowest among the five major cancers（stomach, colorectal, breast, liver, and lung）in Japan, which can be attributed to advances in multidisciplinary treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to be familiar with the imaging of post-treatment changes in breast cancer and to evaluate them correctly in daily practice.

In this article, we showed common to relatively rare post-treatment changes of breast cancer and their etiology after surgery, medication, irradiation, and metastasis.
