びまん性肺病変を呈する疾患は感染性・腫瘍性・アレルギー性疾患など多岐にわたる疾患を包含する。急性（数時間～数日間）～亜急性（数週間～数カ月間）の経過を示すものを表1にまとめた。ほとんどの場合，決め手となる画像所見に乏しく放射線科医のみではその診断に難渋するため，臨床所見・検査所見・画像所見および必要により得られた病理所見の統合思考過程が診断の基本となる。本稿では経験した11症例の所見と診断を提示する。

Diseases presenting as diffuse lung lesions include a wide range of infectious, neoplastic and allergic diseases. In most cases of acute and subacute diffuse lung diseases, there are few definitive imaging findings and the diagnosis is difficult to make by the radiologist alone, so an integrated thought process based on clinical, laboratory and imaging findings and, if necessary, pathological findings is fundamental to the diagnosis. In this article, we present the findings and diagnosis of 11 cases we have experienced.
