Image diagnosis of lung with autoimmune disease

自己免疫疾患は自己の免疫系が誤って自己組織を異物と認識し，攻撃することによって生じる疾患群である。特に自己抗体が同定されている疾患としてANCA関連血管炎，多発性筋炎/皮膚筋炎，強皮症，肺胞蛋白症，抗糸球体基底膜抗体病（抗GBM病）を挙げ，肺の画像所見について症例とともに概説し，放射線科医が知っておくべき臨床所見についても記載した。また，免疫チェックポイント阻害薬による免疫関連有害事象（irAE）としての肺病変についても取り扱う。

The pulmonary lesions associated with autoimmune diseases, including ANCA-associated vasculitis（microscopic polyangiitis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis）, polymyositis/dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis, alveolar proteinosis, and anti-basement membrane antibody disease, are described with case examples and imaging features. The pulmonary lesions of immune related adverse events of immune checkpoint inhibitor are also described. Clinical manifestations and laboratory findings that radiologists should be aware of are also described for each disease.
