乳房に発生したtrichoblastomaの1例

A case of trichoblastoma of the breast

trichoblastomaは毛包の毛芽細胞に類似した腫瘍細胞と線維性間質で構成されるまれな皮膚良性腫瘍である。好発部位は頭頸部であり，乳房発生の報告は少ない。今回，60歳代の女性の乳房に発生し，乳癌との鑑別に苦慮したtrichoblastomaの1例を経験したので画像所見を中心に若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

We report a rare case of trichoblastoma of the skin detected at screening mammography. A 67-year-old woman had been found to have a left superficial breast mass on screening mammography 8 years previously. The patient was referred to our hospital for further evaluation because the lesion had increased in size and the result of fine needle aspiration cytology was Class Ⅳ. Final histopathilogical diagnosis by excisional biopsy was trichoblastoma. This case describes and correlates the findings of trichoblastoma of the breast on mammography, sonography, MR imaging and histopathology. Skin lesions, such as trichoblastoma, should be included in the differential diagnoses when we encounter superficial breast lesions.
