下大静脈フィルタ（IVCフィルタ）は中枢型静脈血栓症における急性期肺塞栓予防デバイスとして使用されているが，慢性期にフィルタ関連合併症が発生することから，可能な限り早期に抜去することが推奨されている^1）2）。通常，フィルタの回収は，ループスネアカテーテルにてフィルタ先端部のフックを捕捉し，回収用シースを被せて行うが，留置後にフィルタが大きく傾斜してしまうと，フック部分の捕捉が困難になる。このような場合の回収方法の1つとして，sling techniqueがある^3）。今回，sling techniqueを用いてIVCフィルタ交換を行った2例を経験したので報告する。

We report two cases of IVC filter（IVC-f）retrieve using sling technique. Case 1 was 70-years-old male. An IVC-f was indwelled, but the filter leg deviated to the right renal vein and the hook to the left renal vein. Case 2 was 50-years-old female. After indwelling an IVC-f, she underwent open thrombectomy on the 10th day. Thrombosis decreased, but deformation of the IVC-f was observed. In both cases, it was difficult to retrieve with standard technique, and it was possible to retrieve with sling technique.
