動脈壁肥厚―高安動脈炎，巨細胞性動脈炎とG-CSF製剤関連動脈炎

頸部における主要血管の壁肥厚を認めた場合，その壁肥厚が不整で偏在性傾向がある場合は，動脈硬化性変化が考えられるが，全周性肥厚を示す場合には，動脈硬化以外に，血管炎を疑う必要がある。血管炎は血管そのものに炎症を認める疾患の総称であり，罹患血管サイズにより，大型血管炎（大動脈とその主要分枝），中型血管炎（内臓に行く途中の血管），小型血管炎（内臓内の血管）に分類される^1）。本稿では頸部動脈壁肥厚をきたしうる病態のなかで，大型血管炎である高安動脈炎，巨細胞性動脈炎，さらに近年注目されているG-CSF製剤関連動脈炎について解説する。

The vasculitides can cause various medical emergencies due to ischemia or hemorrhage. In this article, the clinical characteristics, imaging findings, and differential diagnosis of two major and one minor vasculitides including Takayasu arteritis, Giant cell arteritis, and Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor-induced Aortitis. As signs of vasculitis, US, CT, and MRI show a homogeneous arterial wall thickening, which is mostly concentric. PET displays increased FDG uptake in inflamed artery walls.
