はじめに

　頚椎前方固定術（anterior cervical fusion：ACF）におけるケージ/プレート固定は術後の採骨部の合併症を解消し，後療法を簡素化させたが，術後に外固定・就労制限が課せられる報告が多い．本研究では，ポリエーテルエーテルケトン（PEEK）ケージとチタニウムコーティングPEEK（Ti-PEEK）ケージを用いたACF後の外固定を用いない症例における術後就労時期・術後成績を調査した．同時に，PEEKケージとTi-PEEKケージの術後のX線学的評価も行った．
