The Coping Scale for Infertile Couples（CSIC）の信頼性・妥当性の検討

【要旨】

　本研究は、不妊カップルの対処行動を測定するために開発された「The Coping Scale for Infertile Couples（CSIC）」の日本語版を作成し、日本における不妊治療中女性を対象に、信頼性・妥当性の確保が可能であるかの検討を目的とした。原版CSICを翻訳、内容の妥当性を検討した質問紙を用いて、不妊治療施設を通して不妊治療中女性を対象に調査を行った。114名の回答より、日本語版CSIC（15項目）の構成概念妥当性を検討した結果、原版とは異なる因子構造が認められ、最終的に日本語版CSICは13項目4下位尺度として使用することが妥当であると判断した。

　日本語版CSICは、短時間での回答が可能な質問項目数であり臨床現場での活用も期待できる。今回の研究において、開発された日本語版CSICは、最低限の信頼性の確保に留まったため、今後さらに信頼性・妥当性の検討に向けた取り組みが必要である。

【Abstract】

　The purpose of the study was to make a Japanese version of the Coping Scale for Infertile Couples (CSIC), explored the individual coping behavior of women infertility couples. The reliability and validity were also tested through the questionnaires to women under infertile treatment.

　The original CSIC was translated into Japanese. Then, it was examined referring to the answers of the 114 women through a fertility treatment clinic. Findings from the research showed that there are some factors different from the original version. As a result of factor analysis, four subscales with thirteen items were extracted and used as the Japanese version.

　This developed CSIC is composed of the above thirteen items, which enable nurses to understand clients in a short time at clinical site. The research and study prove the developed measure adequately enough. However, further study is necessary for elucidation of reliability and validity.
