要旨：統合失調症患者の主観的体験を評価する気分と疲労のチェックリスト（Inventory Scale for Mood and Sense of Fatigue；以下，SMSF）の信頼性と妥当性を検討した．入院中の統合失調症患者128人を調査対象とした．SMSFを2回実施した121人で概ね良好な再検査信頼性（r＝0.40～0.82）が認められた．また，日本語版Multidimensional Fatigue Inventoryを外的基準とする疲労尺度としての妥当性が確認され，事例の臨床経過とスコア変化の関連より臨床的妥当性が確認された．SMSFが対象者の主観的気分と疲労感を測定する有用な評価尺度であることが示唆された．

　We investigated the reliability and validity of the Inventory Scale for Mood and Sense of Fatigue (SMSF) to assess the subjective experience of persons with schizophrenia. 128 in-patients with schizophrenia participated in the study. The SMSF showed good test-retest reliability (n=121, r=0.40-0.82), and the sub-items for assessing the sense of fatigue scores of SMSF significantly correlated with the Japanese version of the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory. The SMSF showed clinical validity by association between clinical courses of participants and their SMSF scores. The results indicate that SMSF is a reliable and valid tool for the assessment of subjective experience of schizophrenia.
