　本調査は，COVID-19流行による摂食嚥下リハビリテーションへの影響と，それによる摂食嚥下障害者・家族に及んだ具体的な影響を明らかにすることを目的とした．2021年10月に東京都内で摂食嚥下リハビリテーションに携わる言語聴覚士にアンケート調査を実施し，113名から回答を得た．その結果，摂食嚥下リハビリテーションの業務の一部が中止・制限されたと回答した言語聴覚士が半数以上存在した．摂食嚥下リハビリテーションを中止・制限することによって生じた不利益については，家族指導が最も多く，摂食嚥下リハビリテーションを実践するうえで必要となる評価やアプローチが行えなかった症例も多く存在した．以上より，感染予防対策の徹底により，摂食嚥下リハビリテーションの制限や当事者・家族に何らかの影響が生じていたことが明らかとなった．今後，摂食嚥下リハビリテーションの一部を制限する場合，付随する影響が最小限になるよう，オンラインリハビリテーションの整備や効果的な家族指導の実践が必要である．

　This survey aimed to highlight the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on dysphagia rehabilitation, and how it affected patients with dysphagia and their families. In October 2021, we conducted a questionnaire survey of speech-language-hearing therapists (SLHTs) involved in dysphagia rehabilitation in Tokyo, Japan and received 113 responses (response rate: 23.0%). The results indicated that more than half of the SLHTs had to discontinue or limit practicing dysphagia rehabilitation. Family guidance was the most common disadvantage caused by the discontinuation or limitation of dysphagia rehabilitation, and in many cases, necessary evaluation and therapeutic approaches could not be performed. In the future, when dysphagia rehabilitation needs to be limited, development and operation of online rehabilitation and effective family guidance practices are necessary in order to minimize the associated adverse effects.
