◆要旨：【目的】前立腺癌に対するロボット支援根治的前立腺全摘除術施行症例（RARP群）とその他術式施行症例（非RARP群）の生化学的非再発生存（bRFS）率を，傾向スコアマッチング法を用いて比較する．【方法】根治的前立腺全摘除術施行の臨床病期cT1〜cT3前立腺癌患者732例に対し，後方視的観察研究を行った．【結果】傾向スコアマッチング法によりbRFS率の有意差は消失し，3年bRFS率は非RARP群88.0 （95％信頼区間：79.9-93.0）％，RARP群87.7（95％信頼区間：78.1-93.3）％であった．【結語】患者背景因子の差の調整後は，RARP群と非RARP群間のbRFS率に有意差を認めなかった．
［Purpose］ The biochemical recurrence-free survival （bRFS） rates of patients who underwent robot-assisted radical prostatectomy （RARP group） and those patients who underwent other surgical procedures （non-RARP group） were compared using propensity score matching. ［Method］ A retrospective observational study was conducted on 732 patients with clinical stage cT1-cT3 prostate cancer who underwent radical prostatectomy. ［Results］ The significant difference in bRFS rates between the RARP and non-RARP groups disappeared using propensity score matching. The 3-year bRFS rates of the non-RARP and RARP groups were 88.0% （95% confidence interval : 79.9 - 93.0） and 87.7% （95% confidence interval : 78.1 - 93.3）, respectively. ［Conclusion］ After adjusting for differences in patient background factors, significant difference in the bRFS rate was not apparent between the RARP and non-RARP groups.
